Terms of Service
Last updated June 12, 2026
The service
Panes provides managed, isolated Chromium browser sessions on Omega compute, accessed through the console at panes.sh, the REST API, the TypeScript SDK, and the MCP server. Sessions are scoped to your Keystone tenant and metered per second of running time.
Acceptable use
You may automate the web with Panes within the law and the terms of the sites you interact with. You may not use Panes to break authentication, evade rate limits in violation of a target's terms, distribute malware, or conduct denial-of-service activity.
Agents acting under your tenant act on your behalf — you are responsible for the permissions you grant them and the actions they take.
Accounts and tenancy
Access requires a Keystone identity. Organization owners control project and workspace scoping, member permissions, and agent invoke grants. Keep credentials confidential; term credentials are short-lived by design and must not be re-shared outside your tenant.
Billing
Paid plans bill monthly: a base subscription plus per-second usage beyond included browser-minutes, metered as panes.session.started events through the platform ledger. Usage figures in the console are authoritative. Unpaid balances may result in session limits or suspension after notice.
Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may change features with notice through the changelog. Material changes to these terms will be announced before they take effect.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
